I have finally got around to sawing the boards down to size for my weaving loom. I just have to nail in the pegs (though im using actual nails instead of pegs bc i perfer the smaller stitch affect that it wil lhave) I also made a circular knitting loom out of an old shot glass and some picture nails.. its going to mostly be used for my plastic 'yarn' (made of grocery bags). And I found some old storage tubs out back & an old screen that i can use to make my recycled paper. Now all I have to do is finish the boarder on my lap throw and I can call it a day. (after I cut up the paper and let it soak over night in the tub. cut and tie up grociery

It feels like forever since I've been on DA. ^^ I can't really complain as most of my time was working or planing the family get-together after my wedding. I have all my essential items in my room all packed; just gotta get the tid bits Im leaving behind for storage all done. Its hard to organize what you'll need right off; as far as art supplies are concerned. I definately got all my fiber art supplies packed first. next came my sketching supplies. I have to say this is one of the best Christmas' ever! I had a surprisingly good time with my family christmas get-together. I went to my boyfriends christmas get-together; which is my first christmas with a boyfriend so I was anxious a bit about meeting the rest of his family (I Love all the ones I had met so far, they are so easy to talk to and there is no awkwardness there, very comfortable) But Im bad with names and when I get overloaded with it, I tend to bumble.
